Orders and Payment

You will be notified and a full refund issued if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated based on total order weight and are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Timeless Beauty Group is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are found to be faulty or defective. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeless Beauty Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from the purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product(s).
